Mike brought a combined 30 years of experience in the Real Estate, Mortgage, Escrow and Property Management experience with him when he and his wife Patti moved to Las Vegas in 2014 from the Upper Midwest. Once in Vegas, he worked full-time managing a Residential Property Management company with close to 1,000 properties. However a few years back, he also made the “Change” to Change Real Estate LLC in order to provide a much more personal level of service to both Owner/Investors and Tenants. He works hands-on with his clients to provide the utmost in service for all of their residential property needs, including managing their investment properties, and assisting in buying and selling throughout the entire Vegas valley.

Mike's hobbies include golf, tennis and biking, and knows the local neighborhoods can suit a person's interests and recreational interests. He has an intimate knowledge of the local and surrounding communities and their unique qualities to be able to assist potential buyers in finding that perfect home. Whether it's Summerlin, Lake Las Vegas, Boulder City, the Northwest Valley, or any spots in between, Mike is ready to assist you with all your Real Estate needs.
